1st Set of Hand Motions (In threes and all in Front Stances and Turn with the same Motion):
- Low Block;
- Middle Punch;
- High Punch;
- High Block;
- Inner Forearm Block;
- Outer Forearm Block;
- Outer Side Knife Hand;
- Back Fist;
2nd Set of Hand Motions (All in Back Stances & perform in fours):
- Single Knife Hand Middle Block (Backwards);
- Double Knife Hand Middle Block (Forwards);
- Double Knife Hand Low Block (Backwards);
- Single Fist Middle Block (Forwards);
- Double Fist Middle Block (Backwards);
- Double Fist Low Block (Forwards);
- Outer Side Knife Hand Block (Backwards);
- Side Knife Hand, Reverse Punch Back Stance with Ki-Up on the Punch (Forwards).
